2. Product Information and Availability

We strive to ensure that all descriptions, images, and technical specifications of our outdoor gear are as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are entirely error-free. The safety ratings and load limits provided are sourced directly from the original equipment manufacturers.

• We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services we offer.
• Prices for our equipment and guide sessions are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Purchasing

By placing an order for climbing or outdoor gear, you confirm that you are authorized to use the designated payment method. All orders are subject to our acceptance and inventory availability. In the event an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and offer a suitable alternative or a full refund.

4. Safety, Risk, and Liability

Climbing, bouldering, mountaineering, and related outdoor activities are inherently dangerous and carry significant risks of personal injury or death. Ridge & Rope supplies professional-grade equipment but assumes no liability for how it is utilized in the field.

• You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the correct training, experience, and knowledge to use any purchased gear safely.
• Ridge & Rope shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of products purchased from our store.
• We strongly advise inspecting all technical equipment before every use. Any gear showing signs of excessive wear should be retired immediately.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Due to safety and liability constraints, we cannot accept returns on load-bearing climbing hardware (such as carabiners, quickdraws, ropes, and harnesses) once they have left our premises, unless a clear manufacturing defect is identified upon immediate inspection.

Non-load-bearing items, apparel, and accessories may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
